Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange all items must be returned back to us with hygiene labels attached with the item unworn and with out any marks and in a resalable condition. When trying the item please ensure you try on over underwear for hygiene purposes and returned to us within 14 days handling and shipping must be covered by you the customer.

Sizing Information

We pride ourselves on our customer service so we are always on hand to help with customer queries, if you buy the incorrect sizing for yourself you are not entitled to refund if you have spoken with our team to help guide you. We have our online chat and online on Instagram to be on hand to help. All size guides and detailed descriptions are added to each product we sell or stock to make it easier for you to find your perfect piece.

Sale & Discount Codes

All items bought via a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping

All items are notified via email once fulfilled to you the customer, if your item is a pre order item once it is with us we will communicate with you to ensure it is a clear line of communication. Usually for a pre order item it is a 6 week wait depending on manufacturing time.
