Here at DELARASWIM we want to ensure you are happy with your purchases, here are our guidelines for our store following hygiene and policies.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange all items must be returned back to us with hygiene labels attached with the item unworn and with out any marks and in a resalable condition. When trying the item please ensure you try on over underwear for hygiene purposes and returned to us within 14 days handling and shipping must be covered by you the customer.

Sizing Information

We pride ourselves on our customer service so we are always on hand to help with customer queries, if you buy the incorrect sizing for yourself you are not entitled to refund if you have spoken with our team to help guide you. We have our online chat and check our msgs on Instagram to be on hand to help. All size guides are added to the product descriptions for you to be able to use the measurements as a guide. These are added to each product we sell or stock to make it easier for you to find your perfect item.

Sale & Discount Codes

All items bought via a sale are not available for a refund exchange only, items bought with a discount code are eligible for exchange only.

Shipping

All items are notified via email once fulfilled to you the customer items are sent with tracking details for you locate your item, if your item is a pre order piece once it is with us we will communicate with you to ensure it is a clear line of communication. Usually for a pre order item it is a minimum of a 6 week wait depending on manufacturing time.
